Common Questions:

What does a home inspection report include?

A home inspection report usually includes general information about the home, explanations of any systems that were unable to be tested and why, and pictures of defects with recommendations for how to further investigate their cause and potential repairs.

How long is a typical home inspection report?

A home inspection report can be anywhere from 30-70 pages, typically. Longer does not always mean bad! We include a lot of informational content and photos, which take up space. We also have helpful home maintenance tips!

Are photos included in the report?

YES! We consider photos like a good party, the more the merrier!

How quickly will I receive my report?

Arrow Home Inspections promises same day turnaround so your deadlines can be met without delay on our end.

Can I review the report with my inspector?

Absolutely! However, call us when you have the report up in front of you. A review without any photos or references is not helpful and it will not be easy to remember what was said.
