Home Inspection Report: Color Coded Defects and Same Day Delivery
Arrow Home Inspections utilizes state-of-the-art Spectora reporting software, allowing us to include an unlimited number of photos and videos in every home inspection report. Our home inspection reports also feature color-coded defect classifications to help clients easily understand the severity of identified issues. Your report will always be delivered the same day as your inspection and includes helpful location tags that clearly identify where each defect was found.
Solar Inspections and Certifications
Arrow Home Inspections has partnered with Sprk Solar to provide comprehensive solar inspections and certifications. Through this partnership, we can identify solar panel output, verify the panel manufacturer, determine whether any warranties remain in effect, estimate the system's remaining life expectancy, and help evaluate whether the solar system installed is appropriately sized and suited for your home's energy needs.
Continuous Monitoring Licensed Radon Test
Arrow Home Inspections proudly uses Corentium Airthings Pro radon testing equipment for every radon test we perform. One of the best continuous radon monitoring devices currently available, it provides accurate and reliable results over a 48-hour testing period. Colorado requires radon testing to be performed by licensed professionals, and continuous monitoring offers the most accurate representation of a home's average radon exposure. The EPA recommends radon mitigation when levels exceed 4.0 pCi/L.
Sewer Scope Report
Our sewer scope reports include detailed photos of any observed defects, as well as documentation to help identify the materials used in the sewer line's construction. Every sewer scope also includes a private video link, allowing you to view exactly what the inspector observed during the inspection. During the scope, we evaluate the line for proper flow and drainage, check for bellies, offsets, root intrusion, and blockages, and identify conditions that could lead to costly repairs in the future.
Foundation Evaluation
Arrow Home Inspections has partnered with Noble Engineering to provide stamped structural engineer reports with an industry-leading 48-hour turnaround time. These comprehensive evaluations include an elevation survey to identify settlement, heaving, or foundation movement, along with a detailed repair recommendation and estimated cost to address any identified concerns. This unique partnership allows our clients to receive fast, professional engineering documentation when foundation or structural issues require further evaluation.
Mold Testing (Air and Swab)
Our partnership with Sporecyte provides fast turnaround times on professional laboratory mold testing results. Easy-to-read reports clearly identify both air and surface (swab) sample findings, including sample locations and fungal species identification when present. This detailed analysis helps homeowners better understand indoor air quality concerns and provides remediation professionals with valuable information to develop an effective mitigation plan.

Common Questions:
What does a home inspection report include?
A home inspection report usually includes general information about the home, explanations of any systems that were unable to be tested and why, and pictures of defects with recommendations for how to further investigate their cause and potential repairs.
How long is a typical home inspection report?
A home inspection report can be anywhere from 30-70 pages, typically. Longer does not always mean bad! We include a lot of informational content and photos, which take up space. We also have helpful home maintenance tips!
Are photos included in the report?
YES! We consider photos like a good party, the more the merrier!
How quickly will I receive my report?
Arrow Home Inspections promises same day turnaround so your deadlines can be met without delay on our end.
Can I review the report with my inspector?
Absolutely! However, call us when you have the report up in front of you. A review without any photos or references is not helpful and it will not be easy to remember what was said.
